Starting treatment online should feel as clear as visiting a clinic, without the waiting room. Here is what to expect.
1. The health questionnaire (about 10 minutes)
You answer questions about your health history, current medicines, allergies and goals. Have your height, weight and a list of any medications nearby. In some states you will also be asked for a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself, because providers are required to confirm who they are treating.
2. Provider review (usually within about 24 hours)
A U.S.-licensed healthcare provider in your state reads your answers. They may message you with follow-up questions, and in some states a short video or live chat is required. If treatment is appropriate, they write a prescription and explain how to use it. If it is not, they will tell you why, and you are not charged for treatment.
3. Pharmacy and delivery
Your prescription goes to a licensed pharmacy in our network, which prepares and ships your medication with instructions. You can follow the order and tracking in your patient portal.
4. Ongoing care
Your provider checks in as your dose changes, and you can message them in the patient portal whenever you have questions. Our customer care team is here for everything else, and replies within one business day.
